Went in for pain as an emergency. They were able to see me pretty quickly. As someone who is hesitant about the dentist , this is an honest review. The tech who did my my x-ray was friendly, she did a good job and I was comfortable. Dr. Arias was short and brief, recommending my wisdom teeth to be removed. I received my quote and was on my way home with antibiotics. My experience with Dr. Howard the oral surgeon was great, I am now two weeks post removal and I had an exceptional recovery. Minimal pain and swelling , I only took the pain medicine once. He did a great job. Now be careful with the billing, I kept my original paperwork from my first visit with the quote they gave me. The day of surgery they wanted to charge me over $200 more. When I began to question and show them the original paperwork, it “went” back to the original quote. Keep your paperwork ! I would reccomend they give a bit more instructions on after care, for example they gave me a syringe and I had no idea when to start using it and for how long. They also have on the paperwork not to drink with straw but do not provide any instructions on how long not to use a straw. I googled a lot of aftercare tips. In terms of the procedure if you are nervous , I think Dr. Howard did a great job as I had minimal pain and discomfort after having 4 wisdom teeth removed.

I had my cleaning yesterday with my new hygienist Ms Salma Tellez. The experience was amazing and comfortable. Ms Tellez is very professional very detailed and friendly. She did an amazing job. She did explain very detailed how to improve my teeth health. I highly recommend Ms Tellez. Also I want to thank Ms Marina ( the manager) because she always has a great actitud, always smiling, very friendly, very professional, always willing to explain procedures and dental health insurance benefits.
